Wilmington Trade Center 3, currently under construction, will measure approximately 100,081 square feet and is expected to be completed in Q1 2025. Edgewater anticipates strong leasing demand for this phase, similar to Wilmington Trade Center 1 and 2.


Upon completion of Building 3, the first phase of Wilmington Trade Center will be finalized, featuring three Class A industrial buildings totaling 415,206 square feet with prime frontage along Highway 421. The development boasts tilt-up concrete construction, extensive glass lines, 32' clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and 180' deep truck courts. Once all phases are completed, Wilmington Trade Center will span 212 acres and nearly 3.3 million square feet, offering tenants exceptional connectivity to the eastern seaboard of North and South Carolina, just a mile from Interstate 140.
