David Perretta is a Director of Asset Management for the ABODE Communities vertical of Edgewater Ventures. He began his career working as a transaction analyst for JLL on the firm’s client-dedicated HSBC account in the US and Canada. David has also worked as an associate at Pearson Partners, Inc., where he did asset management, acquisition, and appraisal work for retail, multifamily, industrial, and office properties throughout the East Coast. He has appraised over $3.0 billion worth of commercial real estate and has worked on the acquisition of over $200 million of multifamily assets. David is a passionate real estate professional with a breadth of experience in the field.
