ABODE Communities | Property Accountant

Chloe King serves as Property Accountant for ABODE Communities. She is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and works to monitor cash flow, income and expenses, and depreciation relevant to Edgewater Ventures’ residential assets. Whether a property is active or in development, Chloe works closely with the Controller and property management teams to oversee the financial health of each asset.

Chloe earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Carolina State University. Prior to joining Edgewater Ventures, Chloe spent nearly a decade in the architectural field, wearing multiple hats at MHAworks (now Progressive Companies) and JacobsWyper Architects. Her years of experience in both marketing and finance have given her an appreciation for the life cycle and financial health of each project.
