ABODE Communities is pleased to present the Downtown Raleigh Collection. Strategically located across three sites, The Downtown Collection will offer 43 detached single-family homes, as well as 30 townhomes. With the project currently slated to begin sitework in Q4 of 2021, ABODE Communities plans to lease it's first homes in June of 2022.

As Raleigh continues to experience robust population growth, we've had the opportunity to design and craft a premier rental offering in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. Additionally, each home will feature ABODE’s intentionally-curated, renter-friendly design package comprised of a custom color palette, upgraded finishes, and washer/dryer among other additions.
